________________________________________________________________________________ HOW REGULAR ON-LINE BOOKING WORKS
1. Click on Rates or Book
Tee Times , select the courses by clicking on the box in the left column. After completing selection(s) click on "Continue with selections". Fill in your detailed preferences on the second page, then hit "Submit"
2. A credit card guarantee is required before we initiate
bookings. We offer optional payment methods. The web site
is secured by a Thawte digital certificate and is completely
safe to use.
3. There are no surcharges for all but a few courses. You
will pay no more and usually less than if you did it your
self.
4. Normally we will respond with confirmed bookings within
a few days. If urgent, we can respond within 24 hours

We provide confirmation and vouchers by mail or fax. If you
have no fax, we will e-mail a short version of the confirmation.
6. Tee times may be booked from 2 to 60 days in advance.
7. 3% Discount if paying by check!
8. Replays can be advance booked at substantial discounts.
9.
Some discounts available for groups of 16 or more.
The fine print
in LARGE PRINT:
Important Information:
1. Minimum booking is a foursome for 1 day or a twosome for
two days. $20.00 surcharge for twosomes with only one day
of play.
2. Singles - can book single players if playing 4 or more
rounds. $10 surcharge per round.
3. Credit cards run 3-days ahead of first day of play. There is a 2% booking fee for non-US bookings, or for using charge cards if we do not have a valid billing address. Check
payments due 5 days in advance of play.
4. Cancellation policies - Fees refunded if canceled 72 hours
or more in advance, less cancellation fee of $25.00 per day
for 2 players, $10.00 per round for more than 2 players. 100%
non-refundable if canceled inside 72 hours or if -"no
show."

Changes - Rebooking fee of $25.00 if changes are substantial.
We are the sole authority for defining "substantial."
6. Rain - The various courses have different rules. Most will
give full refund if the course is officially closed or will
reschedule your time. Several courses will not give refunds
if you start play.
7. All rates are based on a single payment for the entire booking,
either check or credit card. A handling charge of $5
per round is applicable if individual payments are made.
